How will I know if I won?
Winners will be announced via email and Facebook. Winners will have to keep an eye out for their name on the email and Facebook post. Winners have 3 days to claim their prize. To claim prize, email support@olerico.com.
Ole Rico deserves the right to select another winner if prize is not claimed.
If you think you may have missed an email from us and want to check if you won a giveaway, contact support@olerico.com. We keep accurate records of every contest and can help you out.
When will I receive my prize/product?
If you win a giveaway, you should receive your product within 7-10 business days. We ship all prizes the following business day after we receive the winner’s mailing address. If you haven’t received your items within a week, please contact support@olerico.com.
